Medicating your pet during their holiday

If your pet requires medication during their holiday at Northshore Pet Resort, there are a few important things to consider. Our pet care professionals are trained in all types of medication administration, which is a business that we take very seriously. It is important that you discuss your pet’s medication requirements with our staff, so that we can ensure that we have all of the information required. We ask that all medication is provided to us in its original packaging from your vet, including the vet label, which details the dosage and frequency, as well as the administering vet. We will verify all of this information with you during check-in, and complete our medication log for you to sign to ensure that all of the details we have are correct. We charge a very small additional fee for the processes involved in medicating your pet during their stay with us (which you can read about in our FAQs section). We accurately log each application during your pet’s holiday, and medication rounds are carried out by a dedicated and experienced member of the Northshore Pet Resort team so that you can rest assured that it will be done efficiently and correctly.
