PET TRANSPORT

Free pet transport to and from our Brisbane network of pick up and delivery points is available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). This service is FREE for pets staying at the Northshore Pet Resort.

Please note this popular service needs to be booked prior to your pet’s stay as it does fill up during busy periods.

Conditions of pet transport service

Pets must arrive at our service contractor’s premises by no later that 9.00am and can be picked up on the day of departure from 3.00pm.
All bookings are made through the Northshore Pet Resort, and a credit card is needed for payment.
Van service is for Dogs & Cats only.
Free van service, Minimum 3 days stay.

Home Pick-Up

Need to have your pet picked up from home ? A home pickup and delivery service is available if needed (subject to availability).

Conditions:

Only available Monday – Friday
You must be home at the time of the pick-up or drop-off
Service will arrive sometime between 10am – 2pm on the day so please arrange to be there during that time period to await your transport.
